By Judgment dated July 5, 2013, the Superior Court of Québec granted the Motion for Authorization.
The group consists of the following persons (unofficial translation):
“All individuals whose direct, stopover-free flight with or operated by Air Canada or Jazz was cancelled on March 23rd, 2012 solely because of Air Canada baggage handlers’, members of the Defendants, illegal strike at the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport and the Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport. “Cancelled flight” is understood to mean only the first segment of a flight leaving from Montréal or Québec City or the last segment of a flight to Montréal or Québec City”.
