Kugler Kandestin obtains judgment authorizing class action on behalf of sexual abuse victims at Collège Servite (formerly Collège Notre-Dame des Servites) in Ayer’s Cliff
We are pleased to announce that by judgment dated September 17, 2018, the Superior Court of Québec authorized the class action that we filed on behalf of persons who were sexually abused, between 1948 and 2007, by religious members of the Congregation Les Servites de Marie at Collège Servite.
