Four months after filing for protection pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, Canadian retailer, Laura’s Shoppe (P.V.) Inc. has successfully completed its restructuring. By judgment of November 27, 2015, the Québec Superior Court sanctioned and approved Laura’s plan of compromise and arrangement that was overwhelmingly approved by Laura’s creditors. Kugler Kandestin represented Laura throughout the restructuring proceedings.
