Professional Liability
For many years, we have represented lawyers and the Professional Liability Insurance Fund of the Barreau du Québec in defending professional malpractice claims filed against lawyers.
These claims include matters of procedure, prescription, trial advocacy, and the overall handling of files. Due to our diligence and professionalism in defending such claims, the lawyers whom we represent often subsequently refer cases to us that relate to our firm’s other areas of specialization.
