Partner

Jonathan is a partner in the firm and has been a litigator for the past 15 years. His primary areas of practice are personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance, class actions and commercial litigation.

Jonathan has successfully handled many tragic cases involving serious injuries and death, acting on behalf of victims and their family members. He is committed to representing his clients and their loved ones with the highest degree of professionalism, dedication and compassion and often takes on such files on a contingency-fee basis, meaning that no legal fees are paid by the client unless and until they receive compensation.

Fluently bilingual, Jonathan has handled a wide variety of cases involving injured people of all ages and circumstances throughout the province of Quebec. He has represented individuals injured in train accidents, bicycle collisions, electrocutions, fires, falls, dog attacks, food-contamination incidents, assaults and more.

Jonathan also frequently assists victims of medical malpractice in advancing their claims against doctors, nurses, and hospitals. He has acted for victims of birth injuries, surgical negligence, misdiagnosis, improperly performed procedures, and delayed treatment of medical conditions, among others.

He is often contacted by other lawyers who wish to benefit from his extensive experience and expertise in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. He has also been consulted by news outlets to provide his expert opinion on such matters.

Jonathan also specializes in matters of insurance litigation, and has successfully handled complex, multi-million-dollar cases on behalf of individuals and insurance companies, in both a commercial and civil-litigation context.

Jonathan takes pride in his personal, tailored approach to each file, ensuring that clients understand every step of the process and recommended course of action. His passion, dedication and pragmatic approach have enabled him to recover millions of dollars for his clients by way of settlement or judgment.
