Mélissa Des Groseilliers

Melissa joined Kugler Kandestin in 2020 as an associate. She practices civil and commercial litigation, including class actions, personal injuries, shareholder disputes and medical malpractice matters.

Melissa is well-versed in legal research and writing and has worked in files before several levels of courts in Québec. She has handled cases involving significant injuries, sexual abuse and death, and always represents her clients and their loved ones with the highest level of diligence, professionalism, and compassion. She frequently works on a contingency fee basis to represent clients who cannot afford to pay legal fees to fund litigation.

She previously worked as an associate in a boutique civil and commercial litigation law firm and in a national law firm. Prior to studying law, Melissa received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and worked as a journalist and researcher for various media outlets.
