Royal Bank of Canada (victims of Earl Jones)
Robert Kugler is pleased to report that the Québec Superior Court approved a $17 million settlement in favour of the victims of Earl Jones in the Class Action matter against the Royal Bank of Canada.
The class action enabled victims of Earl Jones (commonly referred to as Montreal’s “mini-Madoff”) to recover substantial compensation from the Royal Bank of Canada, the bank which Earl Jones used to perpetrate a Ponzi scheme for many years.
Please address any questions with respect to this case to Robert Kugler.
