By judgment dated December 20, 2018, the Superior Court of Québec authorized the institution of a class action against Federal Express Canada Corporation (“FedEx”) on behalf of Québec consumers and legal persons who, from September 21, 2017 until December 20, 2018, were charged and paid customs duties and/or processing fees collected by FedEx in respect of the import of any goods originating from a European Union Country or a beneficiary of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (known as “CETA”).
