Completing the form does not ensure that you will receive compensation since the Court must now decide on the merits of the class action it has recently authorized.

It is the Court that will ultimately decide on the compensation arrangements that we will propose, where necessary. In addition, the criteria for class membership may be modified by the Court, resulting in your exclusion from the class action.

We are unable to conduct a detailed analysis of each individual case until there is a final judgment or a settlement agreement in the file you are registering with. Hence, completing this form does not mean that you are necessarily eligible.
