Completing the Registration Form does not guarantee that you will receive compensation because the Court has to decide whether the class action that was authorized is well-founded.

The Court will ultimately decide if and how class members may be compensated. In addition, the Court may modify the criteria required to be a member of the class action such that you could be excluded from the class action.

We cannot examine each person’s case until there is either a final judgment or a settlement. Accordingly, completing the Registration Form does not automatically mean that you are entitled to any compensation.
