Court Approves $20 Million Settlement For Recipients Of Depuy ASR Hip Implants
May 22, 2018 – the Quebec Superior Court has approved a settlement of the Class action we have been handling against Depuy Orthopaedics Inc. and Johnson & Johnson Inc. In virtue of the settlement, the Defendants will pay $ 20 million, to be distributed to Class members who submit valid claims according to a protocol established exclusively by the Plaintiff and Class Counsel, without any involvement of the Defendants.
