Kugler Kandestin files Application for Authorization to Institute a Class Action in connection with sexual abuse committed by Philip (Hart) Baugniet while he was a director and teacher at F.A.C.E. School and Victoria School in Montreal
The Application for Authorization alleges that Baugniet sexually abused students and other minors during the time that he was the director and a teacher at F.A.C.E. School and Victoria School in Montreal. The Application for Authorization claims compensatory and moral damages of $1,200,000 for the Plaintiff, punitive damages of $10 million for the Class, and damages to be determined for each member of the Class.
