Court approves settlement of Class Actions related to the Desjardins personal information breach
Kugler Kandestin and Siskinds Desmeules, attorneys for Class Members, are very pleased to report that by judgment of June 14, 2022, the Superior Court of Québec approved the settlement agreement reached with the Fédération des Caisses Desjardins du Québec in connection with the class actions related to the personal information breach announced by Desjardins in June 2019.
