New sexual abuse Class Action launched against the “Servites de Marie” Religious Order and Collège Notre-Dame des Servites in Ayer’s Cliff

On December 8, 2017, Kugler Kandestin notified a Modified Application for Authorization to Institute a Class Action on behalf of victims of sexual abuse perpetrated by religious members of the “Servites de Marie” Congregation, at the time that they administered Collège Notre-Dame des Servites in Ayer’s Cliff, including Father Jacques Desgrandchamps, Father Robert Desloges, Father André Cotton, Father Yvon Chalifoux, Father Bernard Lajeunesse, Brother Michel Lussier, Brother Gilles Poirier, Brother André-Marie Syrard, and Father Raymond Délisle.
